Every joint in a pavement is a potential failure: water ingress, dirt traps, differential movement, visual breaks. A seamless flooring system eliminates them by design.
Zoruflex Continuo uses elastified MMA resin combined with calibrated aggregates, producing a single, monolithic surface with very high adhesion and a tunable slip-resistance profile.
Because the system cures in roughly one hour, the works are minimally invasive: a full lane can be poured in the morning and reopened to traffic by the afternoon.

- Seamless flooring is a continuous, jointless surface poured or trowelled in place. With no joints to fail, it offers superior watertightness, hygiene and a uniform finish over any geometry — straight runs, curves, ramps or transitions.
- What is MMA flooring?
- MMA stands for methyl methacrylate, a fast-curing reactive resin. MMA flooring cures in around one hour even at low temperatures, which means a full pavement system can be installed and reopened to traffic within the same working day.
- Where is seamless MMA flooring used?
- Promenades and seafront walkways, urban plazas, shared traffic zones, trafficable rooftops, industrial ramps and any environment exposed to salt, UV and thermal cycling. It performs equally well in heavy industrial use and visible architectural applications.
- Is seamless flooring slip-resistant?
- Yes. Zoruflex Continuo is finished with calibrated technical aggregates that produce a pre-defined slip resistance class. The finish can be tuned for pedestrian, mixed or rolling-traffic use without changing the underlying system.
- How long does MMA flooring last?
- Properly specified and installed, an MMA seamless system lasts 15 to 25 years in outdoor conditions. The membrane stays elastic across thermal cycles, which is the key reason it does not crack like rigid cementitious finishes.
