Preformado in detail.
Zoruflex Preformado is the family of tiles, technical plates and tactile pieces of the system, factory-made with stable dimensional and mechanical control.
It is designed for projects where speed and control are critical: fast site closure, minimal impact on the use of the space, maintenance through piece-by-piece replacement.
Within the same preformed family we include tactile paving systems —studs and directional strips— providing accessibility and tactile information at crossings, platforms, transit access points and accessible urban routes.
Pieces adapt to very diverse substrates —urban paving, asphalt, concrete, wood, steel— with context-specific fixing systems and traceability piece by piece.

Comparison
Our tiles versus conventional cobblestone.
Each Zoruflex Preformado tile is shown on top of a concrete block. The difference is immediate: for the same surface, the Zoruflex piece offers much lower thickness and weight, easing transport, on-site handling and entry into service.
Despite the lighter format, it keeps a calibrated anti-slip finish and the mechanical resistance required for urban use. The range includes different colours and textures to integrate with its surroundings without sacrificing technical performance.
Installation profiles
Installation systems by substrate.
Zoruflex Preformado tiles are installed with different profiles depending on the existing substrate. The profile is defined case by case to obtain the required adhesion and mechanical performance, which are verified according to the project and site conditions.
On asphalt, the tile is placed directly on existing layers. On concrete, a primer is applied first. On cobblestone, the system uses a fibreglass-reinforced primer to level the plane and improve adhesion over the cobble joints.
Customisation
Fully bespoke: formats, colours and compositions.
Zoruflex Preformado is fully tailored to client and project needs. Every tile can be made in the format, colour, texture and composition the design requires: square or rectangular pieces, long planks, irregular mosaic-style formats or specific tactile pieces.
The colour range is open —greys, granitics, ochres, terracotta, reds, whites, blacks, mustards and wood imitations— and layouts can combine linear bond, fan, brick, irregular or mixed with artificial grass. If you have a reference or a design in mind, we manufacture it.
Project · San Telmo
San Telmo Bus Station.
Intervention with Zoruflex Preformado tiles at San Telmo Bus Station (Las Palmas de Gran Canaria), one of the island's main public-transport hubs.
The pieces were installed on the existing pavement with minimal impact on service, providing a calibrated anti-slip finish, integrated signage and resistance to intensive passenger and vehicle traffic.
It is an example of the preformed system in transport infrastructure: fast deployment, durability and the option to integrate logos and thermo-bonded road markings.

Moya taxi rank.
Zoruflex Preformado tiles at the Moya taxi rank, generating a continuous surface with an ordered herringbone bond and a mineral grey finish.
The intervention solves an intensive-use area linked to local transport, with a careful image, strong urban integration and outdoor anti-slip behaviour.
Beyond the final result, the images show the piece-by-piece installation process on the existing substrate, reinforcing the system's advantage for fast, controlled actions.
